• 2.5 Combo — 18+ and 50+
• 3.0 Combo — 18+ and 50+
• 3.5 Combo — 18+ and 50+
• 4.0 Combo — 18+ and 50+

The Polar Pickle season starts in early January and runs 8–10 weeks.

Each division plays a set day and time in Polar Pickle:

• 2.5 combo 18+ - Sundays at 1 PM
• 2.5 combo 50+ - Monday at 1 PM
• 3.0 combo 18+ - Saturdays at 1 PM
• 3.0 combo 50+ - Tuesdays at 1 PM
• 3.5 combo 18+ - Sundays at 3 PM
• 3.5 combo 50+ - Wednesdays at 1 PM
• 4.0 combo 18+ - Saturdays at 3 PM
• 4.0 combo 50+ - Thursdays at 1 PM

TRP is played at private and public facilities throughout the Durham-Chapel Hill area. Members at private facilities must have prior approval to play at a facility before registering. TRP makes all public court reservations.

Of course! For example, if your DUPR is 3.2 but you want to play in the 3.5 league, you are welcome to.

Not a problem. Your DUPR at the time of registration is your level for the season!

Division winners advance to the TRP Playoffs (early August each year). TRP Playoff champions in each division are eligible for the TTPL National Championships. Announcements for the 2027 National Championships are coming soon!
